The URL to access the Service Desk of Techedge is:
https://smpublic.techedgegroup.es/sd
To avoid problems with the browser, we must add the Service Desk URL as a trusted site and enable pop-ups (explained below).
Once the welcome’s web interface is loaded, the user and password supplied to you Techedge is introduced.
Furthermore, the language is chosen (Spanish, English or Italian) according to your choice.
Enable pop-ups
Internet Explorer
- Execute Internet Explorer
- Click on the Tools Menu
- Choose Internet Options
- Select the Privacy tab
- In the Pop-up Blocker menú:
- Add the URL: "smpublic.techedgegroup.es"
- Click on Close.
- Click on Apply
- Finally, click on Ok.
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome
- In the upper right corner, click the Chrome menu .
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Show Advanced Settings.
- In Privacy, click the button “Content Settings…” .
- On Pop-ups, click on “Manage exceptions…”
- Add URL: "https://[*.]smpublic.techedgegroup.es:443" and click on button Finished.
