Esta herramienta permite seleccionar todos aquellos documentos para los que no se ha creado un registro en TBAI y/o una anotación en LROE; bien sea debido a errores o debido a las condiciones configuradas para su creación.
Al acceder, se muestran los campos para la búsqueda y filtrado de resultados fijado por defecto, los cuales pueden ser editado a través del botón “Adaptar filtros”.
El apartado de “Monitor reproceso” mostrarán los documentos encontrados en el sistema que coincidan con los datos indicados en los campos búsqueda para los cuales no se haya generado un registro TBAI y/o anotación LROE.
Para llevar a cabo el reproceso, se deberán seleccionar los documentos y pulsar el botón “Reprocesar”.
Si el reprocesamiento del documento se ha completado correctamente, se mostrará un mensaje de confirmación
Al reprocesar el documento, se generará el registro TBAI y/o anotación LROE correspondiente y desaparecerá del listado para entrar en el monitor de Ticketbai.

El monitor de reprocesamiento sólo mostrará los documentos para los cuales no se han generado registros TBAI y/o anotaciones LROE.
Si tras reprocesar correctamente el documento éste sigue siendo encontrado por el monitor de reprocesamiento, significa que durante el procesamiento no se encontraron entradas configuradas para la generación de registros TBAI y/o anotaciones LROE.

The reprocessing monitor will only display documents for which TBAI records and/or LROE annotations have not been generated. If, after correctly reprocessing a document, it continues to be found by the reprocessing monitor, it means that during processing, no entries configured for the generation of TBAI records and/or LROE annotations were found. In this case, it is recommended to verify that the required entries for the generation of records and/or annotations are correctly configured in the corresponding sections of the Parametrizations. |
