3.3. Carga de parametrización asociada a sociedad

/EDGE/SII_CARGA_SOC Mediante esta funcionalidad se permite crear o actualizar de forma automatizada la parametrización básica asociada a cada sociedad que se quiera tratar a través del aplicativo B+ SII (visto en los los puntos 3.1 y 3.2 de esta guía).
Pantalla de selección
Se solicita un rango de sociedades a mostrar. Si se desea ver todas las sociedades ya parametrizadas no es necesario completar ningún valor.

A continuación se muestran las sociedades ya parametrizadas. El color verde indica que la sociedad está correctamente parametrizada.
El color amarillo indica que la parametrización de la sociedad está incompleta y sería conveniente efectuar una nueva recarga de la misma.
Las funcionalidades disponibles son: Nueva Sociedad y Recargar Sociedad.

Nueva Sociedad
Con esta funcionalidad se permite crear de forma automática la parametrización asociada a una nueva sociedad.
Tras pulsar el botón correspondiente se nos pide la sociedad a cargar. Tras seleccionarla, se nos pide una orden Customizing donde guardar las entradas generadas para su posterior transporte. Una vez confirmada dicha orden, se procede internamente a la creación de los valores asociados y se actualiza el listado de sociedades mostrando también la sociedad recién creada (en verde).

Recargar Sociedad
Con esta funcionalidad se permite recargar de forma automática la parametrización asociada a una sociedad.
Para ello, es necesario seleccionar las entradas cuya parametrización se desea recargar (las sociedades pueden recargarse de forma individual o conjunta). Tras pulsar el botón correspondiente se recargan los valores y se solicita una orden Customizing donde guardar las entradas generadas para su posterior transporte. Una vez confirmada dicha orden, se actualiza el listado de sociedades mostrando las sociedades recargadas en color verde

By means of this functionality it is possible to create or update in an automated way the basic parameterization associated with each company that wants to be treated through the b+ SII application (seen in points 2.1.3.1. Configure interface type by company and 2.1.3.2. Customize source type per Company code of this guide).

The range of societies to show is requested. If you want to see all the companies already parameterized it is not necessary to fill in any values.

Below are the companies already parameterized. The green color indicates that the company is correctly parameterized.

The yellow color indicates that the parameterization of the company is incomplete and it would be convenient to carry out a new recharge of the same.

The available functionalities are: New Company Code and Reload Company Code.

New Company Code

With this functionality it is possible to create automatically the parameterization associated with a new company.

After pressing the corresponding button we are asked the company to load. After selecting it, we are asked for a Customizing order to save the generated entries for later transport. Once this order has been confirmed, the associated values are created internally and the list of companies is updated, also showing the newly created company (in green).

Reload Company Code

With this functionality it is possible to automatically reload the parameterization associated with a company.

To do this, it is necessary to select the inputs whose parameterization is to be recharged (companies can be recharged individually or jointly). After pressing the corresponding button, the values are reloaded and a Customizing command is requested to save the generated entries for subsequent transport. Once this order is confirmed, the list of companies is updated showing the companies recharged in green.
