In the toolbar, standard SAP functionalities are included and at the end of the line, extra functionalities were added for the product:

  • Reprocess invoice: In case the invoice has been

  • set "In Process"

  • , this bottom allows to Reprocess

  • the invoice and tries to send it again:

You must select the invoice you want to reprocess and press the Reprocess invoice button.

It will be necessary to press “Yes” and the reprocess will be completed.

  • End process: You can also finish the process, in case the invoice has been left in process and we do not want it to finally arrive . Or if it has remained in process, but for some reason if the information has arrived. This way it will stop sending.

You must select the invoice you want to finish the process and press the End process button.

You must press “Yes” and the process will be finished.

-Post Document:

You must select the invoice you want to post and press the Post Document button. That way you will be able to post the document.

You may select all invoices needed to chage into the required status. It is usefull for those invoices that needs to be reprocessed, but their currect status does not allow it



  • View Issued XML: If the line corresponding to any invoice is selected and its clicked on View issued XML, the report it will appear.

Main errors will be listed on the screen and to check the XML received, you can press the View XML button.


  • Historical: If the line corresponding to any invoice is selected and its clicked on Historical, the historical status will appear.

  • Download attchs: If the selected line contains attachments, they can be saved to the computer by clicking on 'Download attachs.'

Navigable Fields from monitor's column titles :

On one invoice line you have different fields which you can navigate to see different information:

  • EInvID: Electronic Invoice Identification generated automatically by the system.

  • Document number: Code generated for SAP documents. Clicking this field will link to the original FI document.

  • Log: Opens the log screen with technical information for the the invoice, specifying the communication steps performed.

  • Attached: Allows to check documents attached related with the electronic invoice.

  • Alarm: If the selected line has an activated alarm, you can enter to see its details press on it.

The column's monitor show different information related for issued invoices:

  • Status: Icon that represents the status of the invoice.
  • Description stateStatus description: Description of the state.
  • Status: SDI code of the  Code of the invoice status.
  • Inv MW: Show the Middleware invoice status.
  • Rejection Reason.
  • Company 
  • Error code: Code of the error.
  • Error response: Reason for which the invoice has been rejected.
  • CoCode: SAP code of the company that issues the invoice.
  • eInv. ID: Electronic invoice idID.
  • SAP Document number: Concatenation of the company + document number + fiscal year, from this field we can navigate to the financial document.
  • Log: If you click on the icon, you will navigate to the log screen where you specify step by step how the communication has gone.
  • Attached: attachments  Attachments to download.
  • Invoice dateView Issued XML: This field does not appear in the XML; the accounting date will be taken as reference.
  • Interpreter identifier.
  • Name of the interpreterInv. Time: Shows the time of sending invoice.
  • BU ID: Business unit code.
  • BU name: Name of Business unit.
  • Issuer ID: Tax identification (CIF) of the issuer of the invoice.
  • Issuer Name.
  • Receiver ID: Tax identification (CIF) of the recipient of the invoice (customer).
  • Name receptorReceiver's name.
  • Total value: Total amount of the invoice.
  • Total taxestax: Total VAT amount of the invoice.
  • Entry date: date  Date on which the invoice was entered on the monitor. It will generally coincide with the date of entry into the system.
  • Entry time: Entry time of the invoice on the monitor.Entry user: User
  • who posted Customer: Customer referred to in the invoice.
  • Date last modifiedXML file name: Name of the Xml.
  • Customer.
  • Invoice reference: Reference of the invoice.
  • Error description: Description of the error.
