Inside the Documents application, you can access the attached files shared with the client.
Allows to see the difference between the files received by the client and the files sent by the user.
The sent files as well as the received ones can be downloaded, and allows access to the specified comments for each document.
To download a document, select the button
from the Actions column.
You can access the comments pushing the icon
found in the Comments column.
To send a file from the application, you must access the Sent documents sub-section and select the Send document inside the button
.
This action will show up a form you must fill to activate the Send button.
Navigate to the document you want to send from the Select document field, then select the document Type from the available options and optionally you can add comments and an expiration date depending of the file type you select. For example, in case of a certificate in which specifies a validation date.
