Installation files
To proceed to install this release by means of orders, it is necessary to download the following orders from the customer portal:
- Workbench Order OSDK902583, this order only needs to be installed in a single client.
- Custo Order OSDK902569, this order is required to be installed in each of the available clients.
- Custo Order OSDK902287, this order must be installed in each of the available clients if release 1.7.4 has NOT been previously installed in the system.
The first two orders are available in the installations section of the customer portal, release 1.7.4:
The third order corresponds to the customizing order of release 1.7.4 to be installed if release 1.7.4 has NOT been previously installed on the system. If you have installed release 1.7.4 this command does NOT need to be installed. This order can be downloaded from the customer portal, section 1.7.4:
Pre-requisites
You have the Concilia Licenses component installed: 2.1 Installation of the BPCORE Licenses component.
To be able to install this new version, you must be at least in product version 1.7.0 (ECC). To be in version 1.7.0 you can get there in two ways. By a FULL (Stand-Alone) order that contains the entire product and is for new installations or by order 1.7.0 delta.
If the product version is a 1.6.X (where X can be any version of 1.6) to upgrade to version 1.7.0 you need to install the delta version. This order can be downloaded from the customer portal:
