For good practice, we need to create a group and user in such a way that we can manage all the users that have SFTP access.
Create folder with configuration files
Create a folder and unzip inside it the configuration files provided in the file "com.techedge.zip".
It is important that if there are several SAP PI instances, they are copied to all of them or to a shared folder.
The installation of the software of the "b + TicketBAI" in the SAP PI middelware, additionally requires the deployment of some files in the filesystem of the server where PI is installed. These files are in a compressed archive in zip format (called “Techedge.zip”).
This compressed file basically contains XML schema validation files (xsd extension), XML transformations (XSL extension) and other resources such as style sheets (css extension) and images (jpg extension).
The resources contained in the compressed file must be decompressed in a location within the local File System of the server.
In case of having a cluster installation, it is necessary to unzip the file on each node that is part of the cluster, assuring that each node is deployed on the same destination path.
On the other hand, it is advisable that the destination path is not excessively long for greater ease of development and maintenance of the scenarios that are configured.
